What is the ORI?
ORI stands for Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales (International Relations Office -IRO- in English) at the University of Cantabria. It depends on the Vice-rectorate for Internationalization, which centralises, co-ordinates and manages educational activities and programmes within an international framework.
Its main tasks are:
To inform and advise the university community on the different international co-operation programmes in the field of Higher Education. To co-ordinate international educational programmes and agreements. To manage students' mobility programmes. To manage academic staff's mobility programmes. The ORI acts as the reference unit for all exchange students and academic staff (both incoming and outgoing) and for all procedures and steps involved in their mobility.
